Orders:

Where is my confirmation email?

We automatically send a confirmation email as soon as you have placed the order, sometimes there may be a delay. Please also check your spam/junk folder for the email.

What are your shipping costs?

Please go to our delivery page for all the details on shipping costs.

Where is my order?

To UK residents we offer next day delivery, but there sometimes may be delays with the shipping providers. Please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive. 

Alternatively, you can track your shipping order on our Track your order page.

Do you ship to work addresses?

Yes, you can enter your work address when placing the order into the shipping details section.

 

Returns:

I’ve received a wrong or faulty item

Please refer to the Contact Us page and send a message with your query or problem. A member of our support team will reply within 24 hours to help you.

When will I receive my refund?

If you are returning an item, we will refund within 7-10 working days of receiving that item. Once the refund has been processed you will receive a confirmation email.

 

My Account:

I can’t sign in to my account

Check that you are entering your details correctly and select Forgotten Password if needed.

If the problem still persists, please submit an enquiry on our Contact Us page and a member of our team will help to resolve this issue.

How do I change my account details?

Please go to My Account on our website and you can edit any personal details.

I am not receiving the newsletters?

If you have signed up to our newsletter please check your spam/junk folder for our emails.
You can message our support team to resolve this issue, just go to our Contact Us page.

 

Payments and Discounts:

My promotion/discount code isn’t working

If you are using a promotion/discount code please check the dates of when the code is valid and also check the spelling of the codes.
Promotion/discount codes are only valid for one use and cannot be used in conjunction with other codes.

Do you offer student discounts?

We are currently setting up student discounts for UK and international students. They will be live on our site shortly.

What payment options do you provide?

We accept all major credit/debit cards and payments via Paypal. 

You can pay in the following currencies on our site- £GBP, $USD, $AUD, €EUR, $CAD

You can also pay via BNPL with Clearpay or Laybuy

My payment has not gone through

Please make sure you put in your correct card details and we will send a confirmation email when the order has been processed.
